I’m going to start by saying, I’m not Vegan. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be either or that I should be. Everyone has to choose what’s right for them.
I follow Plant Powered & Thriving with the exception of; I have a 3-4 oz serving of meat every day. It could be steak, fish, or chicken. Sometimes I have an extra lean hamburger. What I don’t do is eat processed foods like sausage.
It has made a big difference in my life. I’m no longer prediabetic. I think that’s what scared me the most considering it runs in my family. The inflammation in my back is gone. I’m not tired all the time, I’m at the weight I should be, and my skin doesn’t have red patches all over.
