WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE COLLAGEN?
TIME: The best time to take collagen is at bedtime on an empty stomach. If you can’t take it at bedtime, take it two hours after or before you eat. For best results, don’t take any other medication, vitamins, or minerals during those 2 hours.
DOSAGE: This is another one of those trial & error things. When I first started, I started with 4 capsules of Neocell Collagen Type 2. The most you should take is 6. Always look at the bottle to see what they recommend. My advice is to go with the lowest dosage. If you don’t see the results you want within a month, then increase it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WORK: This isn’t one of those supplements that you can take for a week and see amazing results. To heal the vertebrae in my spine took about 6 months.
