Product Description

Defy Gravity, Reduce Pain
Inversion therapy utilizes your own weight to decompress, lengthen and strengthen the spine, and with the Stamina seated inversion system, it's easier and more comfortable than ever. Foremost, getting on and off the chair is a breeze, which makes it ideal for seniors and users with limited mobility. You can also control the degree of your inversion by adjusting the nylon inversion-angle adjustment strap underneath the seat so that you never go beyond your comfort zone. The chair also features cushioned upholstery and padded handlebars to make sitting and maneuvering yourself in the chair as enjoyable as it is relieving.

A Safe, Secure Seat
Because inversion puts the body in a vulnerable position, the back stretcher inverted table comes equipped with many security devices that will keep you in place no matter how far back you invert yourself. After you seat yourself, the push-button ratcheting leg lock system with comfortable, foam-padded supports will secure your lower calf and ankle, and it is this locking mechanism that will hold your body weight. There is also a lap belt to further secure you in the decompression table chair. The upside down back stretcher is built with heavy-duty steel construction, making it both durable and more secure. Even more, the skid-resistant rubber floor protectors not only preserve your flooring, but they also prevent the decompression machine from moving.

The Stamina Inversion Chair is the ideal choice among Inversion Tables For Back Pain and is an excellent piece of Strength Training Inversion Equipment.

I recently purchased this for my husband who had back surgery years ago. His back gets spasms from time to time so we discussed an inversion table and upon searching decided to go with this chair version, so that way if his back is bothering him he can use it to sit in and what not.The box came intact and I noticed inside there were wood supports tapped to the cardboard which I thought was a good idea as I hadn't seen anything come shipped like that before. The bag that the nuts/bolts/washers were in, however was open and when he pulled it out of the box some spilled out. No big deal, we just found them all the I separated them into groupings before assembly to try and make things easier.Turns out we were missing some of the medium sized nuts. Fortunately my husband has a nuts/bolts/washer caddy that he was able to find a new bolt and nut combo to use. So, for now that's where this lost a star because we didn't have all of the things needed to assemble it without having to get resourceful. Also the bolt for the upper part of the handle wouldn't "bite" into the hole with the washer in place. I removed the washer and it caught the other side and screwed down more easily (yes, we were using the correct one). I don't know if it was because we both were sore and tired at that point that our patience was thin, which it very well could have been a factor lol.The wrench tool thing it comes with is awkward. My husband utilized a ratchet in order to tighten down the nuts with. The directions are like any directions...drawn and can be a little confusing at times. I pulled up the product picture from here and used that as a reference, so that helped. Overall it took us about 2 hours to assemble, may have been a little less had we not had to pause to go out to the garage and find hardware to put it together with.My husbands back was hurting from putting it together so he sat in it and inverted himself. He says he could feel pain and then a pop, which lessened the pain.He said that the glide on it is smooth, which is good, it held together and didn't dump him on his head (my fear lol) and he only had to be on it like that maybe 5 minutes to get some relief he was seeking. It's bulky and heavy (which honestly I'd rather it be that way for sturdiness), but I was able to slide it with minimal effort to where we wanted it to be when not in use.As far as longevity, I can't attest to it, but I gave it 4 stars because at the moment it's doing what I was hoping it would do for him.
